Our target time for producing a finalist is between eight and twelve weeks. We employ a rigorous methodology that guarantees an exhaustive process. Every search is grounded in thoughtful consideration of the internal and external business environment. The process includes:
- Detailed briefings from key executives and/or directors on company performance and the drivers necessary for success. Thorough reviews of analyst, rating agency and regulator opinions on company performance
- Detailed examination of the open position, including goals, critical success factors and critical relationships
- Construction and communication of a clearly formed common picture of the position and the ideal candidate
- Twice monthly (at minimum) meetings or conversations on potential candidates and issues arising in the search
- Presentation of two to three best-qualified, available, motivated and fully-screened candidates.
