Detailed briefings from key executives and/or directors on company performance and the drivers necessary for success. Thorough reviews of analyst, rating agency and regulator opinions on company performance
Detailed examination of the open position, including goals, critical success factors and critical relationships
Construction and communication of a clearly formed common picture of the position and the ideal candidate
Twice monthly (at minimum) meetings or conversations on potential candidates and issues arising in the search
Presentation of two to three best-qualified, available, motivated and fully-screened candidates.
